PATIENTS > PATIENT LOOKUP > WORKFOLOWS > DISPLAY SOURCE DOD FRAGMENT DATA > (PATIENT FULL NAME)

Clicking [Display Source DoD Fragment Data] displays all extracted DoD source data. Click [Open/Download] to open the source data in a separate Excel spreadsheet. The system will prompt you to [Open] or [Save] the spreadsheet. Opening the spreadsheet will open the Excel file in a new window with all associated functionality.
